I said there wasn't one and came out after about a minute of consultation, then had a consultation with the manager and paid 10,000 won. It was the most wasted 10,000 won of my life, and I thought maybe Seoul is all like this, but after going elsewhere I found out it wasn't. Such a sad consultation experience...
