I have monolid droopy eyes, but buried sutures are possible. Because I have a slight Mongolian fold, in-out line is difficult without inner canthoplasty. For buried sutures there are the Today and DuoLock methods. Today buried suture: stitches removed the same day. DuoLock: stitches removed after 7 days (the four knots are removed). Incisional surgery: stitches removed after 5 days. Eye surgery can improve droopiness, but they said it cannot change the eyes into the exact shape I want. (Same opinion as the other place I consulted.) Maybe because there was a surgery right after mine, the atmosphere felt rushed, and they mostly answered only what I asked. It wasn’t a very proactive consultation, which was disappointing. (Consultation fee: 10,000 won) Consultation with the coordinator: 3 years of aftercare, no charge if the line loosens; if revision is needed because the design is unsatisfactory, there is a correction fee; the atmosphere was comfortable and they were kind.
