First of all, the price is high.. It was my first surgery and it was in the upper 3 million won range. They placed ear cartilage under the hump, added a support, and raised the tip entirely with ear cartilage. Before surgery, the doctor said that because my face is asymmetric, after surgery the nostrils, etc. could also be asymmetric, meaning uneven. They said they would take no responsibility. I went ahead with the surgery knowing that. After the surgery, as expected with no implant, the nose shape improved naturally. But the thing that worries me is that the nostrils are really becoming more and more uneven, and inside one nostril it feels like cartilage is protruding. In my opinion, it seems like the support strut bent, but I'm worried.. To summarize, the biggest advantage is that it looks natural, and having no implant does not mean there are no side effects. For one thing, the doctor seemed very proud, and when I heard there were no paid doctors, I trusted them a lot.
