They kept explaining professionally how the nose surgery would proceed, so because the explanation was the main focus, I think I had a little less time to say what I wanted Still, I definitely wanted to avoid silicone, and unlike other clinics that just said a rhinoplasty would be enough, they considered my nose shape and my overall facial harmony when speaking, so I felt much more like I wanted to have surgery here.
