I went in for a consultation about a rhinoplasty without an implant! My nose shape is a bulbous nose with a low bridge. To start with the consultation result, they recommended [Rhino ecc or ecs + tip + dorsal + tip reset + subtle refinement + length adjustment + anti-pinched-nose + cephalic + retroauricular fascia + high-point tip], so the quote went over 4.5 million...ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠThat's an enormous amount for me, so I'm thinking about it a lot, especially since it's my first surgery.. The director's pride was high, and it was appealing that they don't use the septum and instead use retroauricular fascia unlike other clinics, but after seeing a review from someone else saying the frontal effect wasn't dramatic, I'm worried that for the surgery cost I might not get a big enough result... They said discounts include a 500,000 won reduction if I provide photos and pay in cash, and an additional 200,000 won off if I proceed within two weeks!
