Not bad. It definitely got higher than before. I wasn't aiming for a dramatic change in the first place, and since it was done without an implant, I was less worried about side effects. However, they aren't the type to really build up the columella much, so since mine was sunken in, I wasn't too happy about that part. Also, the slight asymmetry of my nostrils is a bit disappointing. It definitely improved compared with before, so I'm just living with it. Sometime I want to fix the columella somewhere else.
