The surgery was delayed, so there was some waiting time. They didn’t take a CT scan or photos separately. The director’s consultation was very detailed and kind, and it was fairly long. I wanted a non-implant procedure, and they said it was possible and suggested using ear cartilage and the fascia behind the ear, plus osteotomy too! I wondered why they charged a consultation fee when they didn’t take any photos, but they were so thorough that I understood.
