I went there in the winter of 2019 after seeing a blog post for a revision consultation. I had asymmetrical eyes, and one eye looked unnatural, and he explained that part calmly and in detail. I didn’t really consult with anyone other than the director, just greeted them, so I didn’t have any particular impression about how kind they were.
