I was so anxious because I thought my ptosis correction was overcorrected, so I went for a consultation at probably around 2 months? They listened to all my symptoms and found the point where the overcorrection was most severe. The consultation was almost like a class; they explained passionately until I understood, so I think it took about 40 minutes. The consultation fee didn't feel wasted. People say the staff are unfriendly, but the staff's role was basically just taking the consultation fee, so rather than unfriendly, they just seemed ordinary. For the estimated cost, since I went for the consultation early and surgery could only be done later, maybe that's why they didn't tell me an exact estimate, so I just wrote whatever I wanted
