I had a consultation for front canthoplasty and lower blepharoplasty, and because I didn’t specify anyone in particular, I consulted with a young male doctor. The doctor was very kind. The person at the front desk was on the phone, and while they were on the call they didn’t handle it very well when a customer came in. I sat for 5 minutes, got up, and went to the front desk twice just to check in, and after waiting a bit I went in for the consultation. After talking with the doctor, I had a separate consultation, and they asked about the cost and schedule and said to call if I wanted to book, but they didn’t even give me a business card, and maybe they were being polite, but they opened the door for me and I was a little flustered... I even wondered if they were telling me to leave quickly...?? But I just came out thinking, well, maybe not.
