The consultation was kind and detailed, but maybe because they were so busy, I felt like they wanted to hurry out a lot... At first I consulted with the manager before the doctor... Usually don’t you consult with the doctor first and only hear the cost from the manager?... Hearing the plan from the manager first felt really strange. It felt like getting a prescription from someone who isn’t a doctor.
