When I first visited, the staff member who consulted with me while I was filling out things like my region and age was a bit rude.. I felt unnecessarily self-conscious.. The director was really kind! Whenever I asked a question one by one, they answered everything kindly~ They spoke with such confidence that I felt reassured.
