First of all, there was almost no waiting time, and I had the consultation in this order: manager - surgeon - manager. The surgeon explained things kindly, and because she was so kind, I felt reassured! I remember the manager's consultation being mostly about pricing, with not much else. Oh, and the surgeon did recommend lower blepharoplasty, but said since it was my first surgery, I didn't necessarily have to do it hehe The staff didn’t particularly feel kind or unkind..? That was my impression.
