The waiting time was not very long, so I was able to consult with the director right away. However, before the consultation, the front desk staff took front and side photos of my face with a mobile phone from very close up, which was a bit uncomfortable.. Anyway, I asked the director various questions, and they explained everything sincerely and well. I came to trust them to some extent, but it felt somewhat far from the direction and purpose of surgery I had in mind, so I want to remember it only as a good consultation experience.
