I have prominent eyes and my fat isn't particularly thin, but they recommended natural adhesion + eyelid correction + front and upper epicanthoplasty. At another place they said incisional surgery would probably be enough and that eyelid correction wouldn't be necessary, but here they said absolutely not to do incisional surgery.. They told me not to do incisional surgery even if I go somewhere else ㅠㅠㅠ The director was a bit firm in the way he spoke.
