I liked that Director Jo was kind during the consultation!! But the staff ;; feel way too brusque and half-hearted. I think they need to train the staff a bit more ;; I want to trust the director and have surgery, but this is the first clinic where the staff made me hesitate. According to what I heard from another friend, the staff evaluate patients' faces among themselves;;
