For those of you planning surgery~ don’t rush, take your time and carefully research the hospital and make a plan~
If you look at the specialist member search site of the Korean Association of Plastic Surgeons, it says that Director Jo Joong-yeon of that clinic is not a board-certified plastic surgeon.
[For a doctor who is not a plastic surgery specialist to use a designation that indicates a specialty (such as “OO Plastic Surgery”) is a violation of the Medical Service Act that deceives patients, and if reported to an administrative agency such as the Ministry of Health and Welfare or a public health center, administrative action can be taken.] - This post is based on an answer posted in the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons Q&A.
Take a look at the introduction of the director on that clinic’s homepage. Usually plastic surgery clinics list the director’s career and society memberships, but that place does not.
