I went because I was curious after hearing they use an implant for the glabella and nasal bridge that highlights the glabella by matching the inflection point of the glabella-nasal bridge line, but in the end it was still custom silicone fabrication. What unexpectedly surprised me about this clinic, though, was how well they shape rib cartilage for the nasal bridge. Usually, when shaping rib cartilage for the bridge, small cuts are made to prevent warping, but that increases the absorption rate. Here, when I briefly saw the rib cartilage bridge, it looked like they were using K-wire reinforcement to prevent bending, and, more importantly, they had attached an extra piece to create a bulge in the glabella/nasal bridge area just like a silicone implant. I had never seen a rib cartilage piece like that at any other clinic, so it was fascinating.
