My acquaintances have had revision surgery there a lot. It doesn't have a flashy look, but I think they do a good job making it natural yet still elevated. I care more about a refined design than height, so I'm a bit torn, but even for a first surgery they use autologous costal cartilage. I'm wondering whether I should decide from the start to use rib cartilage. It's inconvenient that I have to get a CT scan somewhere else and bring it in, but I think the director's skill is definitely solid.
