At the end of July last year, without any information, I trusted only an online ad and had rhinitis surgery and hump nose osteotomy together at an ENT clinic in Seoul that has multiple chain branches. After that, my nasal bridge was left uneven from the osteotomy, and because too much bone was cut, the cartilage of my nasal bridge collapsed. They also inserted septal cartilage into the nasal tip, which I had not wanted, making my nose longer. In the process, the nasal tip cartilage was placed crookedly, which even caused nostril asymmetry. I struggled emotionally for about 6 months, cried every night, and went through such a hard time. Finally, last Friday, on 1/11, I had revision surgery. Of course, at a different hospital!! It has only been 5 days, but they made my nose exactly like what I wanted, so I’m really satisfied haha. I don’t know how long it’s been since I felt this peaceful. When I had surgery last time, the swelling and bruising lasted for 5 weeks, and my skin tone turned so dark, like someone who was wasting away. But this time, I don’t have any of that, and they used cartilage taken from my ear, but my ear doesn’t hurt at all either, so I’m really amazed hahaha After deciding on revision surgery, I went to several hospitals, but most of the doctors said there were too many areas of my nose that needed correction, so some said they couldn’t operate. Many said that if they touched it unnecessarily, it could become even stranger than this, or that since the surgery would take more than 4 hours, I absolutely had to go to a university hospitalㅠㅠ So whenever I came out after a hospital consultation, I would leave in tears, But the director of the hospital where I had surgery this time was the only one who showed me a case similar to mine and said surgery was possible. He understood and listened to the style I wanted and what had gone wrong, and I had 3 consultations before surgery. The doctor was very patient and gentle :) I wanted a round and natural-looking nose like the nose of the celebrity who plays Cha Se-ri in SKY Castle, so I made a PPT with the nose shape I thought was pretty, the nose shape I didn’t want, photos of my nose before rhinoplasty, and photos after my first nose surgery. I really didn’t want to have surgery ever againㅠㅠ The doctor looked through everything one by one, step by step, and said he understood 200% what shape I wanted. Now I feel so good, I feel like I could fly~
