I had alar reduction done, and they said they would make it look natural. Now, a little over two years later, I am satisfied, but I do wonder if maybe it was made too natural. I had asked them to send before-and-after photos later, and they said swelling in the nose lasts for a year, so they only sent the before photo. Also, since it was an external incision, I was left with a scar, and the scar still swells or rises when I’m tired. The scar is still there.. only I know it, but still
