I went for consultations twice, and each time there was a wait and there were patients who had undergone surgery. The director was chic as expected, but I asked about the parts I was concerned about and they answered everything. I think it would be good to prepare questions in advance. They asked me to give them the notes I had written. The nurses were also kind and listened well.
