I went for a consultation to remove an illegal procedure I had done 4 years ago at a place that was not a hospital. The area where I was injected between the eyebrows had foreign material that had flowed down to the nasal bridge, so they said they would remove it together and also recommended a forehead lift + they said if I had the forehead lift together, the nasal tip could look slightly lifted, so they also recommended nasal tip correction. They did an ultrasound to see whether the procedure done right above the eyebrows had moved down below the eyes. It had not moved down on both sides, but they said since I was removing it anyway, let's do it all + (they also recommended an eyebrow lift while making an incision along the eyebrow line). The forehead lift and eyebrow lift each have different directors.
The director's consultation was professional, and they explained using photos on the screen, so I trusted them, but during the consultant's consultation, they recommended doing the eyebrow lift and forehead lift together. I said I did not understand why, while dissecting for the forehead lift, they couldn't remove the area above the eyebrows, and why they had to do two lifts and create incision scars. They did not answer clearly, spoke vaguely, and said they would go ask, then left and came back. For the cost, foreign material removal was 3.3 million won per area, and including the lifts, the total estimate came out to 14.85 million won (between the eyebrows, nasal bridge, and above the eyebrows were each 3.3 million won separately, and they said they would discount it if I did the forehead lift too, so that was the price).
There was no same-day booking discount or cash discount, and every time I asked a question that left them speechless during the consultation, they did not answer clearly and went out and came back three times, so after going because of the director, my trust broke because of the consultant;; I am the precise and meticulous type, so I took notes one by one during the consultation, but regarding the cost, they changed the price 3-4 times, couldn't even remember what they had said, and kept writing and erasing on the tablet.. I felt so frustrated I thought I would die. I asked for the cost only for foreign material removal, not for lift purposes, and it was 11 million won.
