I had a non-face-to-face consultation, and because I only talked with the manager and couldn’t meet the director, I didn’t get a very detailed explanation. The manager was kind, but the staff seemed bothered and unfriendly when I got the CT scan.. I had high expectations, but after the consultation I gave up on the idea ㅠㅠ
