Everyone was kind. Maybe because I’m a bit slow on the uptake, I couldn’t really hear the doctor’s voice well. I nodded along since they were explaining things diligently. They looked a little tired, but explained well after looking at the photos to decide which surgical method they would use. The manager was so pretty and so kind.
