I went to get my mother's eye consultation, and it was over in less than 5 minutes. Very chill consultation since it's not a difficult eye shape. The consultation manager also said, without much explanation, which surgery it would be done with, then the estimate was given, and it felt unexpectedly bland. I think it was because of the director's confidence..
