At other places, I got opinions that I needed incision + front or upper canthoplasty (+ eye correction), but only here did they say partial incision and buried stitches would be enough. I think I've almost never seen anyone recommended incision here. My eyelids sag a lot and I also have ptosis, so I think I'd be less satisfied if I only did buried stitches, but they said not to do front canthoplasty and just stitch it, so it doesn't seem commercial .. I'm not sure.
