My nose feels very heavy, and it’s okay when I stay still, but when I smile broadly, my nose bends. I feel like I can’t laugh loudly. I keep thinking I should have just lived with my wide, flat nose. I had it done with ear cartilage, and the doctor said the ear bone would grow back, but that seems like a lie. Thinking about it now, there are many things I suspect were lies. Why did I trust everything so completely before surgery? My face just looks longer, and it’s ruined.
