I went for revision surgery because my double eyelids had loosened. The consultation was short, but I could feel the professionalism. They clearly told me what was unnecessary and what was needed, which helped a lot. They are on the cool, detached side. I went to four places in total, and this was the only one that said I should do buried sutures.
