I had upper eyelid fat removal surgery about half a year ago, and I think it was a satisfying surgery. Honestly, I had a lot of flesh on my upper eyelids, they swelled often, and to make matters worse, my ptosis symptoms were also quite severe. I had been living with having to open my eyes with so much effort that wrinkles formed on my forehead, but after upper eyelid fat removal surgery, my eyes feel much lighter. Now I don’t really get forehead wrinkles, so it’s nice. Of course, it didn’t resolve the fundamental cause of the ptosis itself, so I still have symptoms and I still use my forehead muscles a little when opening my eyes, but it has clearly improved compared with before surgery!
