I went in for an eye consultation, and it felt like I talked with the manager longer than with the director. The director's voice was so quiet too I kept saying, "Pardon?" "Pardon?" several times Still, the explanation was very detailed, so I had a gentle and pleasant consultation. There were really a lot of foreigners. It seems like there are many overseas patients.
