There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and both the manager and the director were kind and good during the consultation. There wasn't a specifically assigned director before the consultation, but I said I had a particular director in mind, and they connected me with someone different from the one I was thinking of. That part was a little concerning, but the consultation with the director was thorough, so I was satisfied and happy. There aren't many reviews about eyes, and the reviews about the hospital on Facebook or other communities are not good, so I'm a bit uneasy.
