First, I visited after hearing about it from people around me, and the consultation managers were kind, as is usually the case wherever you go. But the director didn't seem like he wanted to have a long conversation about what I hoped for, whether that's just his personality or because I had emphasized the high expectations that many patients usually bring. I feel a bit disappointed because I couldn't say everything I wanted to say ㅠㅠ
