Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

Jewelry community review

I had a revision rhinoplasty consultation for drooping nasal tip. It was a consultation with Director ㅁㄱㅁ. For my primary surgery, septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used > for the revision, I wanted autologous cartilage, so I said I wanted autologous costal cartilage. They examined my nose and also checked the degree of skin stretching, and said they would replace the silicone and match the nasal tip shape I wanted as much as possible. The explanation was clean and straightforward without anything unnecessary, and they also told me what condition my nose is currently in. I asked whether alar base reduction or osteotomy would make it come out slimmer, and they said it was something that could be sufficiently improved with costal cartilage, so I felt there was no overtreatment. They also said osteotomy did not need to be added separately. They seemed confident about a natural-glamorous straight-to-semi-curved profile.
