I have a history of getting double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction revision surgery 4 times. I've tried both incisional and non-incisional methods, and I've had fat removal only twice. Even so, right after surgery my eyes would open clearly and well at first, but after about 6 months or more, the heavy feeling in my upper eyelids was still there. Honestly, from my position as the person who had the surgery, the only thing I could think was that the eye surgery had not been done well enough. No matter how much I told the hospital where I had surgery, they said the eye surgery had gone well with no problems, so I went to other hospitals too, explained my symptoms, and got consultations, you know? Everywhere else talked about eye revision surgery, but only this place said something different. They said my eye surgery and eye opening looked like there was no problem at all, but when they looked at my eyebrows, they had descended a lot from where they should originally be, and in this kind of case, no matter how much you approach it from the eye area, it won't improve. They said I needed to get a forehead lift to raise the drooping eyebrows back to their proper position. It wasn't that I hadn't looked into forehead lifts, but I heard doing that makes the forehead wider, so I had no interest at all because my forehead was already wide;; They said forehead reduction surgery and a lift could be done together, so I did it that way. The cost was a burden, but compared with having had revision surgery 4 times, well..ㅎ The surprising thing is that after the forehead lift, the heavy feeling in my upper eyelids completely disappeared, and I'm also satisfied that my forehead became narrower.
