I posted this in the petit procedure forum lol so I'm posting it again here!
I was stressed about my double chin and deep cheek fat, so I got 30 cc mainly for the double chin + in the cheeks. They openly said it contained steroids, but honestly, it was my first time getting it and I cared more about the effect, so I didn't really mind. Oh, and I didn't have side effects like abnormal uterine bleeding either. Just some fairly bad bruising under my chin? The swelling wasn't very severe either.
Right after getting it, from the very next day my face looked slimmer, so I wondered if it was going down, but after that it kind of felt like it was just going back to normal.
It wasn't an incredibly huge effect, but I'm still happy because the lines around my cheeks got somewhat cleaned up! The double chin seems to have decreased a little, but it's subtle, so if that's the goal, I think you'd probably need to get it often.
I think people who get it while controlling their diet and exercising would see better results. For me, this time I thought, let's just try it as if I'm being fooled, without diet control or anything, just living normally (eating everything I want lol), so that's how I got it.
But if it were me, I'd use this money to eat diet-related foods (chicken breast, etc.) and lose some weight firstㅠ The effect isn't nonexistent, but it's not dramatic for the price. I'm going to diet pretty strictly first, and then if there are still areas that are lacking and won't slim down (double chin), I'll try getting it again! Next time, I'm planning to try the cheekbone area too and get jaw Botox together haha
