I went in for a fat grafting consultation and ended up having under-eye fat repositioning surgery, and it turned out really well! I was a little worried because they aren’t exactly famous for under-eye fat repositioning, but it’s to the point where I wonder why they aren’t known for it. The fat was spread out completely flat! They don’t just remove the fat; they spread the under-eye fat evenly overall with volume! There is no hollowing or bulging at all, just flat. I heard this surgery can have quite a few side effects, but the director is meticulous, so I don’t think you need to worry about that. They are very thorough. My under-eye fat used to stress me out so much, but now the surgery turned out so well that I wonder when I ever had fat there. My aegyo-sal is still plump, too. Since aegyo-sal and the treatment area are different areas to begin with, I think you don’t need to worry about that. I was really stressed because the area under my eyes always looked shadowed, like dark circles, and made my face look hollow, but when I take photos and when I look in the mirror normally, it is just flat, so I really think it turned out well! From the first day of surgery through one week, the eyes swell a lot, so you don’t look human. And because they’re so swollen, the under-eye area doesn’t look like the surgery went properly at all, but once the swelling goes down, it is just flat~. If you just trust them and leave it to them, the director will spread it out well. There is no overtreatment, and they do as much swelling laser treatment as possible. My under-eye fat was arranged in such an odd way that I doubted whether under-eye fat repositioning could smooth this out..? but it just gets completely smoothed out. This is a real review paid for with my own money. Rather than going to a cheap factory-style clinic and regretting side effects for no reason, I recommend paying a little more and having surgery at Omega, where they examine you carefully! The director’s personality itself feels extremely meticulous.
