If you're someone who wants natural-looking changes, getting surgery from him is fine. But as time went by and I bumped my nose a lot, I think the cartilage started showing and the shape changed a little, so I had revision surgery elsewhere after 13 years. For reference, a friend who had surgery with me at the same time got silicone plus ear cartilage and has had no side effects at all like tip drooping, shape changes, or inflammation, and is living well and satisfied.
