The doctor really dislikes anything artificial to an extreme degree, so if a patient wants something that looks obvious, he refuses the consultation itself;; He's not a bad person, but because he has that unique Gyeongsang-do tsundere style, he's a type that people either really like or really don't. If you're someone who wants natural-looking changes, getting surgery from him is fine.
