Maybe because I had gone to a place with a single director before this, this clinic really felt extremely factory-like.. First, I waited an hour and a half to the point where I wondered why I had even made a reservation. Even the consultation with the manager did not proceed quickly. There seemed to be many people at the desk, and there were also too many customers, but it looked like only one manager was handling consultations. As for the consultation with the director, that went well! They were conscientious and also explained in detail while looking at photos why certain canthoplasty procedures would not look good. I was very satisfied with the director’s consultation, but the manager was really so insincere. I don’t know if it was because they looked tired, but from the very first consultation, it was taking so long that when I said something, another staff member, not the manager, consulted with me, and even then they recommended a different director instead of Director Do, whom I had originally booked. They said I would have to wait longer for Director Do, and since I had already waited an hour and a half and didn’t really feel like doing it anymore, I said I would switch to another director for the consultation since the time I had already waited felt wasted. Still, the consultation was better than I expected. After seeing the director, I finally had the consultation with the manager, but they just gave me the estimate, told me to ask if I had questions, and that was it. Compared with the previous clinic, which explained things in so much detail, the difference stood out, and I strongly felt like it was really factory-like and that once surgery was over, that would be the end, so I don’t think I’ll go there. They have a lot of data, so the surgery might turn out well, but it just felt like I could be replaced by another customer at any time, and that became the reason I started looking into single-director clinics or smaller clinics afterward. Later, the manager called me, and at that time they were so kind that I wondered if it was a different person..! In the consultation room, they were really too insincere!
