While looking for a revision eye surgery hospital for sausage-like eyelid correction, I saw far more mentions and recommendations for this place, so I ended up going for a consultation. I’ve been to many factory-style clinics, but it didn’t feel like that at all; it felt almost like a university hospital(?) The wait was long, but it was peak season, and since the place was mentioned a lot, I expected it to be long, so I waited until the end and had the consultation.
I first had a consultation with the consultant, then with the head director. Honestly, there were many reviews saying he was scary, so I went in a bit nervous, but after experiencing it myself, objectively speaking, he was the typical T type. I felt that people who don’t have anything specific they want, are unsure, and can’t clearly say what they want might find the consultation difficult. Even if you have many things you want, as long as you explain them clearly, he tells you directly whether they’re possible or not, and he also held the line several times together while looking in the mirror to show whether it would work or not. For my personality, this consultation style actually suited me well. In a situation where I need revision surgery because of sausage-like eyelids, rather than hearing “It’ll work~,” I think clear explanations like “This is possible, because~” and “This isn’t possible, because~” are much more helpful, yeah. For me, the consultation content was really helpful, and I felt it was good.
