I was a little surprised, but they seemed confident and certain about the surgery, so it didn’t come across badly. I have a hump nose and a deviated nose, and they strongly emphasized that when shaving down the hump, it absolutely has to be done while considering that the nasal tip will be raised, and showed me many cases. However, they said that with surgery without implants, I would have to accept that the area where the hump was removed may feel bumpy to the touch, and that a deviated nose also cannot be corrected 100%. Overall, regarding the surgical method, they clearly said what is possible is possible and what is not possible is not possible, and they explained all the reasons, so it made sense to me. They mentioned facial harmony a lot and explained things in detail, which I liked.
