Both the consultant and the director were kind and examined me very meticulously and sincerely. Compared with other clinics, the consultation time was longer, and they understood the characteristics of my eyes the best. This was the only clinic that noticed I had slight lagophthalmos in my eyes. I was very satisfied with the consultation. The consultant also did not push surgery excessively, and the director explained in detail from many angles what factors make my eyes a difficult case, what type of surgery they would do if I had surgery, and what the situation would be if I did not have surgery, so I could think it over thoroughly. The quoted price came out high because, in my situation, there is a lot that needs to be done, like a major reconstruction. For ordinary people who go, it probably would not come out that high.
