I made a reservation and went, but the doctor was in surgery, so I ended up waiting a lot. I only went in for a nose consultation, but the counselor suddenly started commenting on my face, saying my nose is long, my mouth is small, and so on, making rude remarks. They should know that saying things nicely and saying them badly are different. The doctor, on the other hand, was kind and spoke gently, so that was fine.
