I liked how well the director explained things, and I felt confident in the head doctor's professionalism. The fact that they spend a long time on the surgery made me think they put real care into it, and they also seem to perform the procedure very carefully, so I think the surgical result will be good. The head doctor also examined me directly and explained everything in detail, which was very helpful. However, I prefer it when my own opinion is heard and reflected as much as possible, but they explained the surgery using a standard method for my nose, so I think I need to think it over.
