It’s a one-doctor private clinic, and the facility is just clean and neat. The consultation manager was kind from the start, and since it was a revision surgery, they focused as much as possible on improving it toward a natural appearance rather than aesthetics. The manager spent over 40 minutes on the consultation, and the director spent another 30 to 40 minutes consulting too, even feeling inside the nose with bare hands and taking photos from various angles to show me. They simply said no when something wasn’t possible, which actually made me trust them more. They asked where else I was planning to consult, so I showed them my list, and they said they were all good places for revision surgery and that I should go consult at all of them. I was satisfied with the director and manager, and I trust them, but the cost is so high that I’m still deliberation.. The surgery cost is based on removing the previous bridge silicone and tip cartilage, then doing a revision with costal pleura. I hope this becomes the last surgery of my life, so I need to think about it more.
