Unlike other places, I had the consultation with the director first. The director is quite rough in manner. Rather than listening to the patient and answering, he said what he wanted to say, and he showed me before-and-after photos of surgeries, but personally I thought the results were not very good. I said I also wanted lower eyelid fat removal, but he said he did not recommend it. He said that if I get a facelift, everything will be solved, so if I wait and want it later, I should do it then. It was nice that he wasn’t trying to stuff in extra procedures and sell me on them. After the director consultation, they said I’d have to wait almost an hour for the manager consultation, so I asked them to call me the next day and just left. The next day I couldn’t answer because I was showering, and in the end they sent me the estimate by text.
