The consultation went in the order of consultant - director - consultant. The consultant was reasonably kind, and the director looked busy. They were not the type to recommend things first. They answered questions, but rather than detailed explanations, it was more like roughly saying it would be about this much. They checked the line two or three times, and the estimate came out the lowest.
