Today makes exactly 10 days since my revision surgery. Finally, after ten whole days, I had the stitches from my upper epicanthoplasty removed I’m so moved..
Now I can wash my face and wash my hair too... ah, I’ve been waiting for today~ I was worried because after the full incision + upper epicanthoplasty my impression looked different, but I guess that’s only natural since the double eyelids got deeper and I had the canthoplasty.
On top of that, before the stitches were removed I was so scared to look in the mirror... I looked like a tough older sister, but after the incision stitches came out it got a bit better, and then after the canthoplasty stitches came out it doesn’t feel pulled anymore, so I look less like a scary older sister..
Now I just need to go back to the hospital in a month for the follow-up!! By then the yellow bruising should be gone, the incision line should heal, and the swelling should go down more, right? Goodbye, greasy hair and skin! I feel sorry for the skin that has been through a lot, so tonight I’m going to wash up really well and go to sleep! I want to put on makeup again soon too, that’s what I’m most curious about! So that’s it my review from day 10 after revision surgery!
