The establishment date is listed as 2018, but I had arm liposuction from a doctor who is not here now back in the summer of 2015. I had upper/lower thighs, abdomen, and arms done by different doctors at different hospitals, and my satisfaction ranking is thighs (especially the inner knees and saddlebags) > abdomen > arms. I barely saw any effect from the arms.
