I had arm liposuction early last year. There are a total of 6 scar sites, three on one arm including the elbow and the front and back of the armpit. The fat came off really evenly and beautifully, and I can't even find the scars. Only one elbow got rubbed and turned darkly pigmented, but I think it's a minor side effect (the hospital claims it was pigmentation caused by the compression garment). I strongly recommend this place for arm liposuction.
